• Profile:

    Susanna Moyer is a Part-Time Assistant Professor at Parsons School of Design. Her experience in the fashion industry in both women's and menswear has led her to work for a number of high profile brands including Christian Dior, Sigred Olsen, Liz Claiborne and Hickey Freeman as well as her own namesake brand. Her collection was sold to Neiman Marcus and 250 specialty stores.  She has worked in Paris, Italy, Los Angeles and New York.

    She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Design and Creative Director for Xcel Brands where she leads a team of 18 that work on H Halson, IMNYC Isaac Miztrahi and Highline Collective. Susanna also consults with start up designers who are creating new brands and collection for the market.

    Susanna is a visiting professor at the American University in Paris. She teaches an intensive module program for graduate students with a focus on ethical and sustainable design.

    Susanna graduated from Parsons School of Design and is currently a candidate in the Global Fashion Managment Masters of Professional Studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
